Mr. Grill earned a Master of Business Administration degree with an emphasis in Finance from California State University at Fullerton and an undergraduate degree in Business Administration. He is a member of the Southern California Chapter of the Healthcare Financial Management Association. He serves on the Board of Directors of Private Essential Access Community Hospitals. Mr. Grill is responsible for corporate financial reporting, banking relations, cash management, tax planning, acquisitions and strategic financial planning for College Health Enterprises. Mr. Grill was responsible for all financial matters related to the Youth Services Division, helping found it in the early nineties, including direct responsibility for financial operations, general accounting, budgeting, financial analysis and acquisitions. This division grew from a start up operation to $60,000,000 in sales. Mr. Grill negotiated the sale of this division to a group of private equity investors in November of 1998. For the last 8 years Mr. Grill has broadened his scope of at College Health Enterprises to include responsibility for risk management, human resources, managed care contracting and complete corporate oversight of hospital operations including business development. Mr. Grill has resided in Los Angeles County since 1985.
