For adults over 18 years old who are suicidal, homicidal, gravely disabled, a danger to self or others, severely psychotic or chronically mentally ill.
Adult Psychiatric Programs – for adults over 18 years old who have psychiatric disorder and require crisis stabilization in a structured acute care setting. Our adult units are designed to assist with the needs of the most acute to the least acute patients.
Dual Diagnosis – Inpatient and day treatment systems for adults over 18 years old with co-existing mental illness and alcohol/substance dependency. Services address stabilization, engagement and linkage to community services.
Geri-Psychiatric Program - Inpatient and day programs for seniors 60 years of age and older who are experiencing emotional and physical problems.
DDMI Wing – Multi-disciplinary treatment team dedicated to improving the quality of life of clients suffering from development disabilities and mental health issues. Program Service include dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), competency training, and the picture exchange communication system (PECS). All referrals must be authorized by the regional center.
Outpatient Latino Program – For adults with psychiatric and emotional disorders, conducted in Spanish by a bilingual and bicultural staff.
Adult Partial – Partial day setting available for patients who require a more structured clinical setting that they could receive in a traditional outpatient program.
Inpatient Programs – Two distinct units for children ages 4-12 and adolescents ages 13-17 who are: suicidal, homicidal, sexually or physically abused, severely depressed, psychotic, autistic, mildly developmentally disabled, involved in drugs or self-abusive. Inpatient treatment focuses on crisis interventions, stabilization and linkage to the next level of care.
DDMI Wing – Includes DBT, competency training, PECS and coordination with the regional center which must authorize in writing use of this specialty psychiatric program.
College Crisis Team – Staffed around the clock, seven days a week, College Crisis Team provides on-site and off-site psychosocial assessments, consultation and referrals for individuals with psychiatric emergencies in Los Angeles County.
Access Services – Staffed 24 hours a day by Intake Specialists who assist callers and refer them to resources.
